There’s nothing better than drinking a hydrating and delicious drink on a summers day, we love this refreshing and alkalising Watermelon 91ÖÆƬ³§ Lemonade! Perfect for picnics, hazy days and even the kiddies!

Here’s how to make it:

• 300g watermelon
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 2 tbsp agave
• 6 large mint leaves
• freshly ground black pepper
• 1 bottle of Original Equinox 91ÖÆƬ³§

Dice the watermelon and blend along with the lemon, agave, mint leaves and a sprinkling of black pepper. Add the 91ÖÆƬ³§ and stir until combined. Pour into glasses filled with ice and watermelon balls. Enjoy!

For an even more refreshing variation cut the watermelon into chunks and freeze in advance. Then make the drink as normal using the frozen watermelon.
