Henry Hanscom is Chief Advocacy & Public Affairs Officer of the 91ÖÆƬ³§, overseeing 91ÖÆƬ³§'s legislative, regulatory, and communications activities. Hanscom joined 91ÖÆƬ³§ in 2013 as Manager of Legislative Affairs before ascending the ranks to Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs in 2024, where he led 91ÖÆƬ³§'s Capitol Hill office in championing a string of pro-trucking policy triumphs, such as repealing California's EV mandates, securing significant workforce and tax provisions in the One Big, Beautiful Bill, and supporting key Executive Branch nominations. Prior to joining 91ÖÆƬ³§, Hanscom was a professional staffer for U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe (R-Maine).
