Henry Hanscom is Chief Advocacy & Public Affairs Officer of the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§, overseeing 91ÖÆÆ¬³§'s legislative, regulatory, and communications activities. Hanscom joined 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ in 2013 as Manager of Legislative Affairs before ascending the ranks to Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs in 2024, where he led 91ÖÆÆ¬³§'s Capitol Hill office in championing a string of pro-trucking policy triumphs, such as repealing California's EV mandates, securing significant workforce and tax provisions in the One Big, Beautiful Bill, and supporting key Executive Branch nominations. Prior to joining 91ÖÆÆ¬³§, Hanscom was a professional staffer for U.S. Senator Olympia Snowe (R-Maine).
